Novolley ("we," "us," or "our") collects the email address you submit through our founders' list signup form. We use this information solely to send you updates about our product launch, pre-order availability, and related announcements.
What we collect: your email address, and standard technical data (browser type, general location) that our hosting and form providers automatically log.
How we use it: to send launch updates and, if you opt in later, marketing emails about Novolley products. We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties.
Third-party services: we use a third-party form processor (e.g. Formspree, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo) to collect and store signups. That provider's own privacy policy governs how they handle data on our behalf.
Your rights: you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send, or by contacting novolleypickleball@gmail.com to request your data be deleted.
